For once, Sasuke acknowledges Sakura as a shinobi. Future AU, set in the same universe as But the flowers slip and they drop out, only at a much earlier point. I started writing this before the recent manga developments, so those aren't taken into consideration here (not that they affect the story that much).

GIP. Once upon a time, Eve wrote a series of TeniPuri wuxia and mostly crack AU fics called Wuxia no Oujisama in Bahasa Indonesia. She now wanted to see if she could write a short, English version of it. Tezuka-centric, with some of the other Seigaku members on the side, gen. Might contain in-jokes and humor of the utter fail kind.

beccastareyes likens fiction to cooking, as in, "if it's at all edible, someone, somewhere has eaten it." I used to think that writing is similar to cooking in a way. You have to know what ingredients to add, when and how to add them, also how long the cooking process should take, so that the final result will be to your liking.
(Not that I'm good at real-life cooking)
